The AI BOT developed by us will serve as your personal healthcare assistant, guiding you towards a healthier and brighter future. By leveraging our operational platform, you can receive health advice, prescriptions, and updates from the comfort of your home, contributing to the transformation of the medical industry. As a Sales and Business Development Professional at Cynaris Solutions PVT LTD, your primary objective is to identify new business opportunities, generate revenue through customer acquisition, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline. You will be entrusted with the autonomy to construct and oversee a sales pipeline aimed at achieving specific objectives. Furthermore, your role will entail collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure the long-term success of new partner businesses. Key Qualifications: - B.Tech, MBA degree, or equivalent educational background with relevant practical experience - Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate fluently and idiomatically - Previous experience in customer-facing roles and gathering client requirements - Background in IT Sales, Consulting, and B2B preferred - Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically about complex issues - Proven ability to develop recommendations and action plans - Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and boldness - Effective communication and influencing skills to propose comprehensive technology solutions to clients Preferred Skills: - Proficient in identifying and exploring new markets - Strategic thinker capable of devising innovative sales strategies - Driven by a relentless pursuit of deals within ethical boundaries - A passion for sales and entrepreneurial acumen Responsibilities and Duties: - Manage product and solution business development and sales activities - Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and understand business requirements - Discover business opportunities by evaluating prospects and analyzing industry trends - Recommend solutions to prospects and foster meaningful relationships - Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to propose product improvements - Identify new business prospects, oversee CRM activities, and manage post-sales activities - Lead the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, credential pitch, customer acquisition, and account management This is a full-time position requiring candidates with a B.Tech, MBA degree, or equivalent practical experience. The salary offered ranges from 40,000.00 to 50,000.00 per month, along with commission-based incentives.,
