Sales and Application Specialist- Clinical Diagnostics

Role Overview: As the Sales and Application Specialist for Anatomical Pathology and tissue-based diagnostics, your primary role will be to drive product sales and provide technical support for reagents, antibodies, and imaging systems used in disease and cancer diagnosis. This position will require you to deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions to pathology labs. Your strong technical expertise and customer-focused communication skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design product strategies and ensure timely execution - Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate product implementation - Identify new products and participate in their launch - Address customer queries promptly and guide team members in troubleshooting and finding solutions - Visit customer sites regularly and represent the company at events - Conduct technical training for the sales team - Be willing to travel extensively - Conduct market mapping, develop sales strategies based on customer requirements, and perform competitor analysis - Facilitate coordination between customers and the sales team Qualifications Required: - Candidates with knowledge of Pathology reagents, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, and IHC reagents are preferred - Must possess a good customer service attitude - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to multitask - Excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer expectations - Preferably from a Life Science/Biotech background - Science graduates/Post Graduates (BSc/MSc)/B.Tech /M.Tech Company Details: The company is seeking a Sales and Application Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in the field.
