Sales and Account Manager - Tech Staffing and Recruitment (GCC Business)

Role Overview: As a Sales & Account Manager at Orcapod, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space, managing and growing existing client relationships, cross-selling Orcapod's HR & staffing solutions, and acting as a strategic partner and customer advocate. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space. - Manage and grow existing client relationships. - Cross-sell Orcapod's HR & staffing solutions. - Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory). - Strong track record in sales & account management. - Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. - Immediate joiners preferred.
