Job Title: Sales Officer (Female)

Job Summary

We are hiring female Sales Officers to promote and sell our financial products such as RD, FD, Insurance, PMS, and Share Market-related plans.
Candidates must have good communication skills, basic finance understanding, and interest in sales & customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for RD, FD, Insurance, PMS, and equity-related products
• Explain product features, benefits, and investment plans professionally
• Generate daily leads through calls, field visits, and online channels
• Maintain customer records and update daily reports
• Achieve monthly targets for conversions and collections
• Build long-term customer relationships and trust
• Assist customers with documentation & onboarding process
• Represent company values and maintain professionalism at all times

Required Skills

• Good communication in Tamil/English
• Basic understanding of finance, investment, and savings
• Strong convincing and presentation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• Age: 20–35 years
• 12th pass / Any degree
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Prior experience in finance, banking, share market, insurance, or Nidhi company is added advantage

Salary & Benefits
