Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries (via phone, email, walk-ins, or online platforms) from prospective students and parents. Counsel students on program selection, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures. Provide detailed information on courses, fees, structure, and other academic aspects. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline from inquiry to admission. Assist students with application and enrolment processes, including documentation and financial aid if applicable. Organize and participate in admission events such as seminars, open houses, and school visits. Maintain and update student records in CRM systems or admission databases. Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to support student recruitment strategies. Achieve assigned admission targets within stipulated timelines.
