Job Description

Spintly is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Coordinator to join our growing team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in managing and organizing client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product information and support materials to the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organize documentation, including contracts, proposals, and other sales-related materials.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Handle general office tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide necessary support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Admin Coordinator or similar role (1+ years).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
