As a customer service representative at our company, your role involves answering phones and explaining the products and services we offer. You will be contacting existing and prospective customers using provided scripts, gathering customer information, and understanding their specifications by asking relevant questions. Your responsibility also includes resolving queries and issues, recording sales phone calls and deals, processing product orders professionally, and regularly updating the customer database. Additionally, you will suggest appropriate solutions based on customers" needs and requirements.
