As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, with a focus on utilizing SailPoint's IdentityIQ (IIQ). Your role is crucial in ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency by configuring various IAM components and integrating them seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Additionally, you will be involved in leading architecture discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership and guidance. Your key job responsibilities will include administering and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet identity and access management requirements. You must have expertise in provisioning, application onboarding, workflow customization, access review, and SailPoint connector development, encompassing both out-of-the-box and custom connectors. It is essential to possess a deep understanding of clients" business environments to propose suitable IAM solutions, as well as experience in implementing complete IAM SDLC engagement projects. In terms of technical skills, you should have exposure to various programming languages and technologies such as J2EE, .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL. An understanding of concepts like self-service, automated approval processes, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification is crucial. Your experience should cover both out-of-the-box adapters/interfaces and custom adapters/interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions. Familiarity with technologies like LDAP, PKI, and SSL would be advantageous, along with the ability to integrate applications with the IAM solution seamlessly. Moreover, you are expected to have direct client experience, including collaboration with client teams in both on-site and offshore settings. Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as high-level networking expertise, will be beneficial in performing your duties effectively. For this role, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field along with at least 10 years of relevant work experience is required. In total, you should have 14 years of work experience in the field, demonstrating a strong technical background and a comprehensive understanding of IAM solutions and technologies.,
