Sailpoint IIQ Engineer, JD: Job Purpose • Responsible for providing technical expertise to a security engineering function specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Client. • The Sailpoint Engineer will be a subject matter expert in IAM domain who will have an ability to translate business needs & goals into technical solutions. This role will lead efforts to identify, evaluate, design, prototype and implement IAM technology solutions using Sailpoint IIQ. • This role will enable Product Owner and Scrum Masters to make the right decisions by providing necessary technical inputs for activity prioritisation, product releases and iterations. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for implementation of the SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solution using IIQ. • Ensure correct technical design and development decisions are made by weighing available options in terms of fit for requirements, security, speed to implement, alignment to standards and end user experience. • Create and maintain standards, solution architecture and high-level design documentation. • Ensure adherence to secure development practices during the development cycle. • Drive the setup of Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Delivery (CD) automation for engineering work including but not limited to, environment management, tool chaining and establishing automated test code, deploy and build assets. • Assist Products Owners and Scrum Masters in determining risks and vulnerabilities in technical solutions and providing recommendations on effective corrective actions. • Support Product Owners and Scrum Masters in resolution of complex problems as part of an agile delivery function focused on speed-to-value. • Collaborate with product vendors, product owner, subject matter experts, risk management, change management and other key internal stakeholders, to define and implement robust, sustainable and effective IAM solutions balancing security requirements with end user experiences. Skills And Experience • Min 5+ years of work experience in IAM design, development, and consulting. • Hands on experience in designing and implementing SailPoint (IIQ) IGA solutions. • Hands on experience in developing the rules, workflow customizations and Certifications.
