Job Description

As a Technology Engineer, your role involves delivering standard and custom supportable technology products based on Clients architectural standards, technology roadmaps, industry trends, and business requirements. You will focus on collaboration, data, systems, storage, middleware, network, security, and contact center technology products. Additionally, you will be accountable for the operational aspects and management of these products according to business requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for day-to-day operations for the Identity Lifecycle Services team - Coding bug fixes and handling audit tasks - Performing maintenance tasks, including password updates and supporting patching - Ensuring SLAs are met on all tickets and requests from ServiceNow Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of Sailpoint Engineering Experience - Solid understanding of Java - Knowledge of GitHub is preferable - Knowledge of other IAM tools is preferable - Knowledge of documentation tools like figma and SharePoint is preferable - Knowledge of agile practices is preferable - Excellent skills in working in a group - Strong desire to learn new things,
