Guide team on handling objections and converting difficult leads. Reporting & Coordination Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Coordinate with marketing team for quality leads. Work with operations team to ensure smooth post-booking service. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Conversion Rate (%) – leads converted into bookings. Team’s Monthly Sales Target Achievement.
