You should have experience in applying current design standards, guidance, and good working practices as per BIM Execution Plan. Your responsibilities will include producing landscape information for infrastructure and development projects, from site audit/concept design to feasibility studies, tender and construction documentation such as hard and soft landscape General Arrangement plans, construction detailing, planting schedules, and specifications. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and associated software for technical information production is required. Additionally, you should be skilled in utilizing Adobe design suite tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, Vectorworks, Enscape, and Illustrator for creating graphics and reports. Knowledge and experience in BIM (Level 2 minimum), GIS, Lumion, and 3D modeling software such as Revit Landscape, 3D Studio Max, and Rhino are essential. Understanding of relevant industry legislation, health and safety/CDM regulations, contracts, and tendering procedures is necessary for this role. You should also be familiar with AutoCAD, Revit Landscape (3D Modelling), and design suites, along with BIM 360/ACC platforms. In terms of qualifications, you should have practical experience in using AutoCAD, Revit Landscape (3D Modelling), design suites, and associated software for technical information production. Proficiency in utilizing BIM 360/ACC platforms is also required.,
