The primary objective of the role is to lead the ongoing development and enhancement of Sodexo's Safety Culture and Safe Behaviors by demonstrating safety leadership qualities and integrating the Group Zero Harm Mindset initiatives. It involves implementing the APMEA Food and Health and Safety Processes across various sites, adapting them into local processes to ensure legal compliance within the designated country or area of responsibility. The ultimate goal is to provide safe and compliant work solutions for operational teams offering services, achieved through the operational application of APMEA HSE systems and procedures, identifying policy and procedure gaps, and supporting the development of HSE solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the deployment of a Zero Harm mindset among frontline employees, implementing safety improvement plans at sites/accounts, and overseeing the deployment of Sodexo Safety Net and Client Safety initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining overall food hygiene and safety standards at the location, conducting risk assessments, managing legal compliance, incident management, HSE practices adherence, documentation monitoring, conducting HSE trainings, safety campaigns, calibrations, self-inspections, HSE audits, subcontractor management, PPE compliance, lab testing coordination, SNAG list management, and supporting various tasks like food inspector visits, SOP reviews, and emergency response drills. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Food-related fields along with relevant certifications such as Certified Lead Auditor ISO22000/HACCP/ISO 9001/ISO45001, Advance Diploma in Food Safety, Certified Food Safety HACCP Level 3 & Food Safety Level 4. Additionally, a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Food Safety and Health and Safety Systems Management, particularly in industrial food safety and occupational work safety, is required. In terms of competencies, you should have a solid understanding of the business, client needs, industry best practices, financial acumen, and socio-economic factors influencing the business. Key behavioral competencies for the role include optimizing work processes, driving results, courage, good decision-making, effective communication, accountability, collaboration, resilience, and managing ambiguity.,
