Job Description

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Safety Program & Field Support

  • Provide updates, reviews, and revisions for safety programs and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support safety training initiatives in collaboration with Workforce Development.
  • Develop and prepare content for field safety meetings, including safety alerts and lessons learned.
  • Deliver training and support for safety applications and systems.
  • Assist with incident investigation follow-ups and ensure completion of corrective actions.
  • Verify documentation and compliance of critical safety actions (e.g., LOTO, JHA, JSAs).

Systems & Data Management

  • Manage and provide support for safety platforms (e.g., Insite dashboards, telematics dashboards, digitized forms).
  • Prepare and maintain monthly safety dashboards, including OSHA 300 log tracking.
  • Maintain and enhance the Safety PowerBI dashboard and other KPI reporting tools.
  • Support environmental compliance functions including waste tracking, receipt corrections, pick-up coordination, and documentation.
  • Oversee tool tracking, PPE compliance, and related data processes.

Communications & Compliance

  • Coordinate pre-qualification forms, customer compliance systems (ISN/Avetta), and invoicing processes.
  • Develop and maintain the annual safety topics calendar and monthly field safety communications.
  • Lead and maintain the Safety SharePoint site, ensuring consistent and accessible content.
  • Support the design and distribution of safety communications, including posters, stickers, alerts, and technical writing for procedures/policies.
  • Partner with leadership to create board-level and divisional EHS presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–8 years of experience in EHS, safety compliance, or data analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting, and compliance systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical safety requirements into clear messaging.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and telematics platforms a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
