Safety Supervisor

Integrated Power System is seeking a skilled Saftey Supervisor with expertise Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections across facilities and worksites.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop root cause analysis reports.Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.Review and approve work permits (e.g., hot work, confined space entry) and job safety analyses (JSA).Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.Liaise with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to integrate safety in all processes.Stay updated on new safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards- Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
