Job Description

Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for all workers and visitors.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe conditions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses, and prepare reports.
Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
Ensure use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all personnel.
Coordinate emergency drills and first-aid training sessions.
Liaise with project managers and supervisors to implement safe systems of work.
Enforce disciplinary action in case of repeated safety violations.

3. Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / Diploma in Industrial Safety (as applicable).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in safety supervision, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
