JOB DECRIPTION:-
The Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring workplace safety by maintaining compliance with fire safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and managing safety equipment. The role involves organizing fire drills, training staff, and responding effectively to emergencies to create a safe and secure environment for employees and assets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections.
• Maintain and oversee safety equipment, including extinguishers, hydrant systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep of safety systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to fire safety audits and compliance..

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in safety management or related roles.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Basic maintenance and technical skills to handle fire safety equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Certification in fire and safety management is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
