Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety, safety management, and fire safety. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for conducting safety audits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures. You will conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. Additionally, you will investigate, document, and analyze incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and organize and deliver safety training programs for employees. It will be your responsibility to promote a culture of safety and ensure that employees understand safety protocols. You will work closely with management to develop and implement safety improvement plans and maintain accurate records of incidents, training sessions, and safety inspections. Furthermore, you will ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters.
