Job Description

Safety Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the HSE team to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
Oversee site safety operations, risk assessments, and hazard control measures.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Enforce use of PPE and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Plan and conduct safety training, drills, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
Review and approve safety permits, including PTW (Permit to Work) and confined space entry.
Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive actions.
Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on safety compliance and performance.

Key Requirements for the Job Posting:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science or other
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas safety management.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
