Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in the Safety DepartmentJob Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.Organize safety training sessions for employees.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and suggest improvements.Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents and activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Safety Management or a related discipline.2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the safety department.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.
