1.Experience in plant safety process, maintaining safety records, advising staff for work safety.
2.Conducting Safety induction Training to all Leadec employees and staff as per training calender & Inculcate safety practices on shopfloor.
3.Safety manual & safety records data at site for external employees too.
4. Ensuring leadec employees adhere to safety PPE norms & ensure safe working practices on shop floor.
5. Conducting safety mock drills at site in cordination with client. 6.Conducting safety audits at regular intervals & supporting client for external audits. 7.Conducting safety quiz, motivating employees for 100% safety.
8. Hazop study in Maintenace area and implementing CAPA for the same.
9. Initiate and ensure LOTO / height permit / hot work permits / for leadec and external vendors for executing various activity in shopfloor area.
10.Participate in safety meetings regularly and implement CAPA for the same.
