Job Title : Safety Officer – Fire & Safety Department Location : Gandhidham, Gujarat Industry : Manufacturing / Industrial Experience : 1–3 years Qualification : Graduate with Fire & Safety Certification Salary : ₹3 – ₹4 LPA working hours : 12 Hours Key Responsibilities : Implement and monitor fire and safety protocols across the facility Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company safety policies Organize safety training and drills for employees Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions Maintain safety equipment and ensure its proper functioning Liaise with regulatory authorities and external safety agencies Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices among staff Skills Required : In-depth knowledge of fire safety norms and industrial safety standards Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits Good communication and training skills Problem-solving aptitude and proactive mindset Attention to detail and record-keeping skill Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
