Safety Officer

As a Safety Officer based in UAE, your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You will conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on-site to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures. Developing and delivering safety training programs for employees will also be a key part of your role. In the event of accidents, incidents, or near misses, you will be required to investigate and prepare detailed reports. Maintaining accurate records of safety performance, incidents, and training will be crucial to your success in this position. Promoting a culture of safety awareness among all employees and ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers are essential tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills while liaising with local authorities to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. To qualify for this position, you must hold a NEBOSH IGC Certification with UAE attestation, as it is mandatory for this role. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE, is required. Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to conduct safety audits and generate reports are also essential. Immediate availability to join is considered an advantage. In terms of compensation, the salary offered for this position is 3000 AED/month, with additional benefits including free accommodation and transport provided.,
