It is crucial to adhere to 100% compliance in using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working in the lab and during plant trials. Furthermore, you will need to provide refresher training on Emergency Response Team (ERT) procedures and safety talks to your colleagues. Reporting any near misses related to safety abnormalities, whether unsafe conditions or acts, is a key responsibility. Maintaining 5S standards, ensuring a safe workplace with excellent housekeeping standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through generating Kaizens and One Point Lessons are essential tasks.
