Develop, implement & maintain safety policies, SOPs
To be responsible for complainces and safety regulations
Maintain and manage safety documentation in accordance with legal and company standards
Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns (e.g. Safety Day), continuous improvement initiatives, and worker participation
Deliver safety inductions, fire drills and PPE usage training to employees, contractors, and site personnel
Conduct routine plant inspections, audits, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA); identify hazards and recommend corrective actions

Qualification- Advance Diploma in Safety from Regional Level Institute (RLI)
