Job Description
Supervise Site safety processes ensuring guidelines are followed aimed at zero accident performance.
Coordinate with Project staff to ensure safety policy is understood and implement safety practices as guided by policy.
Ensure all deployed workers meet minimum criteria for work engagement related to age , skill , general health etc and take up with PM as required
Conduct regular tool box talks to workers aimed at awareness enhancement
Report and record deliberate violations if any and play an effective role in commencement of work only after corrective action is taken.
Participate in safety training programs
In case of emergency take lead role for urgent mitigation
