Safety and compliance Executive

• Reporting to senior management regarding safety statistics such as number of accidents or injuries at the workplace
• Assigning tasks to employees such as conducting audits or inspections of facilities or equipment to ensure compliance with regulations
• Conducting training for employees on safety topics such as first aid, hazardous materials, fire prevention techniques, and ergonomics
• Determining the root cause of workplace injuries, accidents, and near misses in order to create effective prevention plans
• Conducting investigations into accidents or incidents to determine their causes and contributing factors in order to improve safety procedures
• Reviewing safety policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with industry regulations
• Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Conducting training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
