Sachet Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sachet filling and sealing machines efficiently and safely.

Set up the machine according to batch requirements (size, filling weight, sealing temperature, etc.).

Ensure continuous and smooth machine operation during the production run.

Check the quality of filled sachets (weight, sealing, batch coding, etc.) at regular intervals.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and working area.

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Report any mechanical or process issues to the maintenance or production supervisor immediately.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP, and safety guidelines strictly.

Maintain proper records of production output and wastage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th pass / ITI in mechanical, electrical, or packaging operations preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operating sachet or pouch filling machines (preferably in cosmetic, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry).

Basic knowledge of machine settings, changeovers, and maintenance.

Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
