Intermediate Architectural Technician, Duties and undertake the following responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership & Oversight • Lead the development of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. • Oversee and review work produced by junior technicians and architectural staff. • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements. • Revise drawings based on feedback from Architects, Engineers, and Clients. 2. Project Management Support • Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of multiple projects simultaneously. • Liaise with Project managers, Architects, and Clients to meet project deadlines and budgets. • Take responsibility for delivering the technical package from concept through to completion. 3.
