As part of our EY-GDS GRC Technology team, you'll contribute technically to GRC Technology SAP GRC client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to assist Seniors & Managers while actively participating within the client engagement. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team. We're looking for people with expertise in SAP GRC PC to join our EY-GDS GRC Technology Team. Your key responsibilities include actively aiding the team in different phases of the project, working effectively as a team member, conducting research, preparing project documentation, ensuring adherence to quality protocols, and maintaining productive working relationships with clients and onsite personnel. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining complex PC functional processes and workflows within the application, as well as designing and building SAP GRC PC CCM business rules & master data setup. To qualify for the role, you must have a CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech with a minimum of 4-6 years of consulting/auditing experience. You should also have expertise in SAP GRC Process Control design and configurations, experience in end-to-end implementation projects in SAP GRC PC, and an understanding of business processes, controls frameworks, compliances, and regulations in an SAP ERP environment. Exposure to SAP Fiori security, S4HANA, SAP Risk Management, Audit Management, and restructuring existing PC solutions is desirable. Additionally, having a brief knowledge of analytical tools and software to support data analysis and visualization engagements, as well as an understanding of tools like Power BI, Blue Prism, or UI Path, can be advantageous. As a senior consultant in the SAP Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) team at SAP, you will play a crucial role in delivering national and international projects to help customers transition to SAP S/4HANA and make planned changes in their SAP applications and system landscapes. Your responsibilities will involve identifying customers" comprehensive business needs, designing suitable solution proposals from the DMLT Portfolio and beyond, and leading workshops and discussions to finalize the best solution design for the customers" requirements. You will be working closely with a global team to deliver DMLT services projects both remotely and onsite, collaborating with regional and global teams to define solution approaches and business blueprinting for data migration projects. Your role will also include conducting feasibility studies, system analyses, and continuously enhancing the DMLT solution design based on changing market requirements. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your job as you engage with individuals in various roles, locations, and expertise levels, including customer engagement leads, developers, product owners, solution architects, and sales teams. Building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with both external customers and internal SAP colleagues will be essential to drive customer opportunities across all engagement phases, including presales, sales, and delivery. To excel in this role, you are expected to continuously learn about new technologies and solutions, demonstrate a strong team player attitude, think innovatively, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementations. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience as a Consultant or Solution Expert of SAP software solutions, along with knowledge in areas such as SAC Dashboarding, HANA Modelling, S/4HANA Analytics, and data migration technologies. Additionally, having project management, enterprise architecture, and business consulting skills, as well as a bachelor's degree in computer application or MCA from a recognized institution, are required qualifications for this role. Architectural knowledge of SAP Analytics solutions deployment modes and experience in executing data migration projects using SAP Landscape Transformation capabilities would be advantageous.
