SaaS Application Manager

Extensive programming knowledge is required to work with In-house or SAAS applications on .Net / Windows platform. Additionally, familiarity with Java / Linux OS is expected. A strong understanding of SQL / Oracle databases is necessary, along with experience in Agile / SAFE practices. Good communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team. The selected candidate should be willing to work from the office 2-3 days a week in a hybrid work model. An ideal candidate would be an individual contributor with a proactive "get it done" attitude. Moreover, knowledge of infrastructure components such as servers, installation/configuration of vendor products, and basic network protocols is desired. Experience in performance tuning and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Autosys, Bitbucket, and Jenkins would be beneficial.
