The role focuses on driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of our nutrition products. Key Responsibilities Sales Achievement Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory. Identify and explore new business opportunities within the region. Customer Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and retail partners. Provide product knowledge and training to customers. Product Promotion Promote and explain the benefits of nutrition products to key stakeholders. Organize product presentations, workshops, and promotional events. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing and product teams. Reporting and Documentation Submit accurate and timely reports, including daily call reports and sales performance updates. Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales activities. Key Requirements Gender : Only female candidates are preferred. Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Science, Pharmacy, or Nutrition). Experience : 0 to 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare industry (freshers are welcome). Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office.
