General Manager – Commercial Premium Water Division Location: Mumbai, India Industry: Premium Water / B2B Water Company: A large international water and sustainability group About the Company Our client is a global pioneer in premium sustainable water solutions , reshaping how the world accesses and utilizes high-quality natural water. Backed by international investors and operating across multiple continents, the company provides large-scale water supply solutions for bottled water, food manufacturing, beverage production, and industrial applications . Your Role We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial General Manager (India) to build and lead the company’s commercial operations in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets. You will spearhead the company’s entry into India, driving growth through strategic partnerships, high-volume sales, and market development . This is a role for a leader who can think strategically, execute commercially, and inspire teams to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Lead the company’s India market entry and expansion strategy . Build and manage key relationships across bottling, beverage, FMCG, and industrial sectors . Identify, negotiate, and close large-scale supply and distribution contracts . Oversee P&L, operations, and business development performance in India. Collaborate with global leadership on pricing, logistics, and regional strategy. Represent the business with regulatory, government, and industry stakeholders . Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team. We’re Looking for Someone Who Has 5 + years of senior leadership experience in FMCG, beverages, industrial premium water, or water-related sectors . Brings a strong commercial and business development background , ideally with exposure to large-scale or B2B sales. Understands India’s manufacturing, bottling, and export landscape . Combines strategic vision with operational excellence . Is a confident communicator and negotiator, with strong stakeholder management skills. Has an entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset , comfortable working in a fast-evolving global organization.
