Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) as a part of the business-IT S4 HANA Projects and Service Delivery Team (SDT). Your main responsibilities will include working with business stakeholders to gather, understand, document, and provide solutions to address business requirements within one of Tetra Pak's core business units. You will also be involved in designing, testing, and delivering quality solutions and providing support to end users. Additionally, you may be expected to lead small work teams and contribute design ideas with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Work within the global team on S4 HANA projects and services, collaborating with business stakeholders. - Gather, understand, and document business requirements to provide solutions. - Design, test, and deliver quality solutions and support end users. - Lead various small work teams and contribute design ideas. - Provide backup/assistant Subject Matter Expert (SME) support when needed. - Lead discussions with the business and technical team members to provide solutions and guidance. Qualifications Required: - University Degree or Diploma in business, engineering, or computer science. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in full cycle implementation and support projects for SAP S4 HANA SD module. - Hands-on experience with core SAP SD functions such as Order Management, Pricing & Settlement Management, Logistics Execution & Invoicing. - Good understanding of integration with other modules like FI/CO, PS, or SM. - Experience in Advanced Intercompany solution is an advantage. - Basic Knowledge or Training in MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management, and Product Modelling on ETO environment is a plus. - Strong analytical skills, accountability, creativity, and customer service orientation. - Ability to work both independently and as a team player. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure.
