The Whatfix Lead will have overall responsibility for the Whatfix Approach in LDC participating and collaborating on Whatfix functionality (current and new) within NVS standards. You will be the liaison and support between Business Process Management and the Whatfix team, including new Apps Configuration, Analysis & Development. Your role will involve supporting all activities related to new/existing team members, access management, and content creation. You will be responsible for driving and conducting workshops and demonstrations in the tool to provide walkthroughs of the system to new members. Additionally, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring a uniform user experience across the applications and countries deployed, as well as owning and maintaining LDC Dashboards. Your major accountabilities will include identifying use cases and finalizing requirements, designing & developing Whatfix functionality across all functions in LDC (FI&PRO, COM, OPS), conducting User Acceptance Testing, managing Content Operations Enhancements and Changes post go-live, investigating current and new Whatfix functionality, testing Whatfix functionality, and implementing current and new Whatfix functionality. You will also be responsible for WF Admin tasks across LDC Dashboards, including User access Management in Whatfix, maintaining "Themes" in Whatfix to align with the Novartis Brand Identity, and ensuring content is structured as agreed within the Whatfix Dashboard. You will also handle Access Management for S/4HANA, including User access Management in S4/HANA and providing training environment support for KT sessions. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience with WhatFix, project management experience of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, advanced S/4HANA knowledge, experience with Learning tools to produce training content, strategic thinking, planning and execution skills, business savvy, consulting, facilitation and business partnering skills. Desired skills for this role include the ability to work with a cross-functional, cross-cultural team within a matrix organization, and a strong customer service orientation.
