Position Overview / Purpose

Architects, migrates, and optimizes SAP S/4HANA databases, executes analytics and automation workflows to ensure secure, high-availability service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead administration, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems. Manage SAP HANA database operations including backups, restores, performance tuning, and HA/DR setup.Oversee integration points between S/4HANA and connected systems (Fiori, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, etc.). Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive corrective actionsPlan and execute system upgrades, kernel updates, and feature updates.Manage system copies, refreshes, migrations, and environment synchronization across Dev/QA/Prod

Core Technical Expertise

SAP HANA, cloud integration, scripting/devops, Solution Manager, DR/HA, security.

Certifications / Qualifications

SAP HANA/S4HANA Spec., AWS/Azure/GCP (preferred).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline that provides a solid background in IT.

Experience Competencies

10+ yrs SAP HANA/S4 DB, design, ops, migration leadership.
