S/4 HANA S2C Solution Consultant APAC Hub

As a FIT4 S/4 HANA S2C Solution Consultant APAC Hub, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing functional and technical solutions within the S/4 HANA framework, specifically focusing on enhancing the service-to-customer experience across various projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing functional and technical SAP S/4HANA solutions for service management, ensuring seamless integration with satellite systems based on detailed business and IT requirements. - Developing comprehensive design specifications for S2C processes in Inhouse Repair and Return Management, aligning them with business needs and IT capabilities. - Coordinating development efforts with global development factories to meet project goals and timelines. - Providing expert guidance on SAP best practices and technologies to support deployment teams in implementing robust S2C solutions. - Acting as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4 HANA, advising on system capabilities and improvements. - Championing process standardization across service operations and advocating for adherence to global templates. - Ensuring compliance with established architecture principles and standards to create scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. - Managing the approval process for configuration and functional specification documents while maintaining high quality standards. - Overseeing testing activities to validate that solutions meet functional and performance criteria and executing comprehensive test plans. - Supporting cutover, migration, and hypercare phases for the S2C process domain to ensure operational continuity post-go live. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A relevant engineering degree with over 10 years of IT experience. - More than 5 years of experience as a solution consultant/architect in SAP transformations focused on Service to Customer processes. - Experience in managing large-scale SAP transformations. - Expertise in configuring and implementing S2C processes within SAP ERP systems. - In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA's service management functionalities and integration with third-party systems. - Familiarity with global template processes related to S2C and adjacent domains. - Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent qualifications. - Excellent analytical and communication skills to lead discussions and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.,
