Job Description

The S4 HANA Public Cloud Solution Expert will be a key contributor to our organization's success by providing expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of our cloud ERP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud architecture, processes, and best practices, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Develop and document solution architectures, including integration points with other systems. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules and processes. Participate in project planning, execution, and testing activities. Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud architecture, features, and functionalities. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA Cloud releases and updates. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Business Process Expertise: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Develop and implement business process solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, both technical and business. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Propose and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Contribute to the development of knowledge resources and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration. Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Public Cloud deployments. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud architecture, modules, and processes. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP CALM system. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
