They discriminate on age factor for females...they had send an call letter stating that your cv has been shortlisted for two companies,,where the CV has the DOB mentioned,,but when we visited there . they told that the since you are over 30 …

Very rude behaviour by sneha. I was called her and asked about the job but she is not ready to listen what I m trying to ask to her.dont show your anger to someone.worst consultancy ever

Lol. They don't even know for which role they are hiring. They mail saying that they have openings for particular role. If we call and confirm they say we do not have vacancies for that role..the day I got a mail, I called them. No words to say and hr was rude too..

Such a fake consultants... specially Eshwar such a lier recruiter....they want employees free of cost....His boss who even don't looks as a professional, he is taking Interview and offering 10-12 k to experienced people with such a good qualifications.

I came to prolific as a fresher looking for a job in recruitment now almost completed my 6 months it's the best consultancy to work if you are looking for a best career in HR the staff is very supportive had a great experience.
