Full job description Job Opening: Female Receptionist Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately upon arrival. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as required. Manage front desk tasks such as handling mail, scheduling appointments, and overseeing meeting room bookings. Assist in administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and organizing office supplies. Provide basic information about the company and address general inquiries. Coordinate with staff and management for smooth office operations. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any regional language. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Basic organizational and time-management skills. High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM Preferred: Previous experience working in Mumbai or similar metropolitan settings. Familiarity with common office equipment (phones, printers, scanners). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
