The Delivery Orders & Invoice to put in Particular Job File on the Same Day 100%. 2To Obtain Deposits Refunds exactly on the Due Dates and Holding Cheques / DD's to collect next day from the date of surrendering of Empty Container Feedback. 3To provide Advance Information to the Department Head regarding any problem at Shipping Line Office on issuing Delivery Order immediately. 4To Ensure 100% Statutory Compliances in respect of to Check the Original Endorsements in B/L both Consignee & CHA, TDS Letter, Shipping Line One Time Bond with Consignee Seal & Sign in all Pages, Shipping Line One Year Bond with both Consignee & Bank seal & sign in all Pages before going to Liner Office. Check Company Name & Address, GST # in Manual Invoice given by Shipping Line at the Shipping Line office itself and if any error to sort-out immedaitely on that day.
