With 3-6 years of experience in rug or carpet design, preferably in export-focused companies, you will bring a deep understanding of weaves, textures, yarns, and production methods. Your role will involve developing mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts, creating production-ready designs using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and NedGraphics, and collaborating with sampling and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. You will need to modify and revise existing designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, stay updated on design trends in the global home furnishing industry, and effectively communicate your ideas to international buyers. Proficiency in design software, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. You will have the opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment, participate in design development for leading global brands, and engage with international clients.
