Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using

  Ruby on Rails

  .
• Architect and maintain

  AWS infrastructure

  (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.) for high availability and scalability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  
• Work with

  DevOps tools

  (Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  
• Ensure adherence to security best practices on AWS (IAM, VPC, security groups).
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years

  of professional experience with

  Ruby on Rails

  .
• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.).
  
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  (nice to have).
• Knowledge of

  PostgreSQL/MySQL

  , caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
• Hands-on experience with setting up

  CI/CD pipelines

  (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline).
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js) is a plus.
  
• Understanding of application security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and authorization mechanisms.
  
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile team environment.
