Job Description

Dev Sr (12+ years)

Backend Developer proficient in ASP.NET Core and C# to support the migration of our backend system from Ruby on Rails to ASP.NET Core.

Responsibilities:

Migrate backend logic and data models from Ruby on Rails to ASP.NET Core.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend systems.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Collaborate with QA and business teams to define and implement ST scenarios.
Support ST execution by ensuring backend readiness and resolving defects.
Assist in UAT by validating business logic and addressing stakeholder feedback.
Mentor junior backend developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements:

Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and SQL databases.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus for migration purposes.
