As an International Sales Executive at our global organization specializing in specialty release agents and process chemical specialties, you will be responsible for managing sales targets, receivables, and new business development in the Rubber segment. Your primary role will involve working closely with distributors to drive sales growth, engaging with target customers to build and maintain relationships, conducting trials, developing key account plans and strategies, and updating customer databases. Additionally, you will monitor competitor activity and strive to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. To excel in this role, you must be self-driven, organized, and possess strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues towards common goals. Excellent English communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and stakeholders. The position is full-time, based in Nashik, Maharashtra, and requires a willingness to travel internationally up to 100%. If you are a Chemical Engineer, Polymer Engineer, or hold a Diploma in Plastic with 4 to 5 years of sales experience in selling chemicals for Polymer, Rubber Chemicals, Carbon Black, Silica, Adhesive, Polyurethane, and other specialty chemicals, we encourage you to apply.
