Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, strategic, and dedicated teammates. You'll lead the Engineering Component Team to meet business and regional needs in line with Product Line guidelines. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including Metier Heads, Central Engineering, and Component Manufacturing sites), manage engineering projects, and contribute significantly to tenders and R&D activities. Youll specifically take care of developing a vision for new component development pillars, but also ensuring a strong engineering planning culture. Well look to you for: Executing engineering Component projects with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery commitments Managing workforce planning to optimize team performance and development Applying common processes, methods, and tools for continuous improvement Supervising products, key technical decisions, and safety-critical issues Driving improvement programs through co-engineering and co-development with suppliers Monitoring project-to-cost programs All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
