Role Overview: As a Lead Automation Solutions Designer, your role will involve overseeing the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions for various enterprise functions. You will be responsible for architecting scalable and modular systems using RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, and emerging Agentic frameworks. Your key focus will be on driving end-to-end program execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration for business impact realization. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on AI-first automation strategies and operational excellence. Your ability to align with business goals through value-centric storytelling and measurable outcomes will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, and emerging Agentic frameworks - Drive end-to-end program execution, including solution design, governance, and stakeholder alignment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and business impact realization - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement across pods and delivery teams - Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on AI-first automation strategies and operational excellence - Ensure alignment with business goals through value-centric storytelling and measurable outcomes Qualifications Required: - Good experience in UiPath Development End to End, including Re-Framework - Experience with different automation types (Web, Desktop, PDF, Excel, SAP, API) - Awareness of latest UiPath features and Orchestrator - Knowledge of Agentic Automation, with hands-on experience being a plus - Strong logical and analytical skills - Good exposure to UiPath development, with knowledge of latest features - Familiarity with Power Automate is a plus Additional Details: The company recognizes the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
