Key Responsibilities: Monitor RPA bots deployed in production using UiPath Orchestrator. Investigate and resolve failures, exceptions, and performance issues in live automations. Collaborate with RPA developers and business users to identify root causes and provide solutions. Ensure SLAs and incident response times are met. Handle incident and service requests through ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc. Perform routine health checks, bot restarts, and patch updates as needed. Maintain documentation for support activities and troubleshooting steps. Support deployments, version updates, and hotfixes with minimal impact to operations. Participate in weekend or after-hours support on a rotational basis (if required). Suggest process optimizations and contribute to continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience: 24 years of experience in RPA support or development using UiPath. Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot architecture. Hands-on experience in debugging workflows and handling exceptions. Familiarity with queues, logs, and assets in Orchestrator. Basic knowledge of VB.NET/C#, SQL, and Excel automation. Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy. Understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, and Change Management). Preferred Skills: Exposure to REFramework. Knowledge of scheduling and load balancing bots. Familiarity with cloud-hosted Orchestrator or unattended bots. Certification in UiPath (Associate or Advanced).
