RPA (UI Path) Developer

As an RPA Developer specializing in UiPath, your primary role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. You will collaborate closely with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements, build reusable components and libraries, and maintain technical documentation for the automation solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring bot performance, handling error management, performing unit testing, and supporting user acceptance testing. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining existing automations, implementing improvements, and ensuring seamless deployment by collaborating with IT and operations teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator - Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements - Create reusable components and libraries to uphold automation standards - Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions - Monitor bot performance, manage error handling, and exceptions - Conduct unit testing and provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) - Maintain and enhance existing automations as necessary - Ensure seamless deployment by working closely with IT and operations teams **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath - Thorough understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices - Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework - Experience with selectors, queues, data scraping, and OCR tools - Knowledge of VB.NET, C#, or Python would be advantageous - Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills In addition to the above qualifications, having the UiPath Developer Advanced Certification, experience with API integrations and SQL databases, exposure to other RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism, and familiarity with Agile methodologies would be considered as preferred qualifications.,
