As a Technical Lead at EQ, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and deployment of robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism. Your responsibilities will include: - Technical Leadership: Guide RPA development teams, offer technical mentorship, and ensure high-quality code and architecture. - Solution Design: Lead the creation of functional and technical designs for complex automation solutions. - Development & Optimization: Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automations, optimizing existing bots for performance. - Project Oversight: Manage the entire RPA project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within constraints. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements. - Support & Maintenance: Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical support. - Best Practices: Enforce development standards, architecture, and documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in RPA, leading multiple end-to-end implementations. - Deep, hands-on proficiency in Blue Prism (Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room). - Strong C# and VB.NET skills are a significant advantage. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
